My name is Craig Burke, I have trained in martial arts for over 35 years. I began in karate and achieved many titles during my competitive career.

After Karate, I then moved into kickboxing and remained unbeaten eventually winning the ISKA heavyweight title. 

 

I am also an unbeaten professional MMA fighter 4-0 where I had to retire due to serious injury .

 

I hold a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and I recently won the IBJJF European title at purple belt.

 

I have a degree in health and sports studies (hons) and I am a qualified pratictioner in Neuro-linguistic programming NLP.
